Store Manager:

We are very excited to announce that we have a vacant role as a Full-Time Manager. radiotochka.info was established in the year 2000, started in Camden which is our Flagship store and have grown over the years to opening more shops in London as well as expanding to Brighton.

We are a vintage inspired fashion brand and one of the largest brands of the retro world. We combine the classic feminine styles of the 1940’s and 1950’s with new fashion trends and our collections are about creating variety vintage styles and rock and roll.

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to manage an incredible team in Shoreditch. The role of the Store Manager would be to oversee all of the daily operations of the store. They will manage the store’s employees, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store and to ensure the staff also represents and embraces the store’s culture and goals.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Staff Management of full and part timers in the store- Including attendance, punctuality
and all performance related discussions, including regular one-to-one meetings and
yearly appraisals with store teams to report, record and monitor goal setting and career progression.
- Devising staff rotas and holiday planning. Responsibility to cover shifts for your store where needed.
- Cash handling and banking responsibilities (on occasion all London stores) and safe delivery of the weekly paperwork to our head office.
- Active interest in stock management within your store including planning and execution of stock takes every quarter, organisation of your stockroom and delivery processing, liaising with Stores Merchandiser to guarantee your store is on trend representing best sellers and new lines, and that all lines are represented on your sales floor.
- An input into the recruitment process and leading inductions of new starters for yours and other stores including monitoring, feedback, additional training and one-to-one meetings throughout probation period.
- Organisation, planning and running monthly training sessions for store teams.
- Representative of Health and Safety for your store.
- Prompt and accurate dealing with in-store and emailed Customer Service issues  the radiotochka.info way. Making sure all customers are helped with the highest quality of service.

 Warehouse Customer Service Assistant - Permanent Position

We are a vintage inspired fashion brand; our head office is based in the London docklands and
we have stores in Camden, Spitalfields, Commercial Street and Brighton.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our rapidly growing company. You will be
required to work in our customer service team, dealing with Customer queries, assisting with
online order, refunds and providing exceptional customer service overall. However, from time to
time help to Pick, Pack and Process when necessary.

You will be based at our Warehouse, Unit 7, Sterling Industrial Estate, Rainham Road South,
Dagenham, Essex, RM10 8TX.

This position will be 5 days a week (contracted to 45 Hours per week) , the warehouse will be
operational Monday - Saturday.
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Pay: £8.21 Per Hour.

Required Skills:
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Using initiative to overcome any arising issues and a clear understanding of the importance of the role.
- Computer Literate
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening

Main Responsibilities include:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Receiving amounts of incoming calls
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and
follow up to ensure
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

Sales Assistant Role - Part time contract

We are a leading vintage inspired fashion brand, founded in 2000 in the heart of Camden. Our head office is based in the London docklands and we have stores in Camden, Spitalfields, Commercial Street and Brighton.
We are currently looking for a Part time Sales Assistant to join our rapidly growing company at our Camden Market Store

You will be required to work closely and report directly to the Store Manager and the full time team. An immediate start is preferable for this 1-2 days a week (9-18 hours). There is also the possibility to pick up extra shifts if and when they are available.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced part time team member to work alongside the Manager and current team, as a key part timer who will show initiative and growth within the role to lead the store to success on our busiest days. Customer service experience is essential for this role as customer are our main focus on these busy days of work. You must demonstrate a passion for going above and beyond to cater for our customers needs, you will need to have a eye for detail and be happy to share your keen interest in our brand and clothing. Organisation skills are important for day to day running of the store and for the stockroom maintenance, and having worked on a till/ with money with great accuracy will be a very valuable skill to us.
